MorseBoaters provides real-time and near-real-time lake conditions, weather data, safety alerts, events, and related information for Morse Reservoir in Indiana. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data or content. Sensor data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at any time. Do not rely solely on MorseBoaters for safety-critical decisions. Always use good judgment on the water and consult official sources.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorseBoaters and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on data, alerts, or conditions displayed.
